Refunds are agreed before you pay.

No charge is taken while a product still says pricing soon. When a price is live, the refund terms on that product page apply to the order.

Before payment

Ask for the refund terms in writing if the product page does not spell them out. Do not pay until those terms are on the order.

After delivery

Digital licenses are hard to return once the files are downloaded. Any exception is the one written on the product and the order, not a general store-wide promise.
